Product Overview
Visit WebsiteKaizo is an all-in-one project management platform for teams who need more than a conventional PM tool. It combines internal project management, client communication areas, real-time updates & media review into a single connected workplace. It replaces the fractured stack of tools like Jira and Notion with a single platform built around how creative and technical teams actually work.
How to use?
Create a workspace, invite your team, and set roles across four permission tiers: Admin, Member, Client, or Guest, with access inherited at the workspace and project level. Manage issues, cycles, and modules for internal work, then establish a special client space (on its own domain) for external collaboration with toggle-based controls over what clients may see, comment on, or approve.
Automatically track time as issues progress through your workflow, review video and audio immediately in-platform with frame-accurate commentary, and turn meeting notes into tasks with the built-in collaborative editor. The entire team works off one source of truth with real-time statistics, burn-down charts, and saved filters.
For who it is?
Kaizo is built for creative agencies, software development teams, consulting firms, media production houses, and design studios. Anyone who's outgrown scattered tools like Jira, Monday.com, and Notion, but doesn't want the complexity of heavyweight PM software built for developers alone. It's especially suited for teams that need to collaborate with external clients without giving them full internal visibility.
