Engineering Career at Techiebutler Built for Curious Problem Solvers

We're a product engineering team seeking relentlessly curious problem solvers to build production-grade software for founders who bet their company on us.

What we’re building

Techiebutler is a full stack software development company built in one room. Our office in Rajkot is where our senior engineers, designers, and founders and the coffee machine sit within earshot of each other, five days a week. We don't work this way because we're old-fashioned. We work this way because shipping production systems for founders who are betting their company on us leaves no room for a Slack thread that dies on Friday.

When something breaks, someone walks over. Someone looks at the actual screen. A staging bug caught at 4pm gets fixed by 6pm because the engineer who wrote it, the person who caught it, and the person explaining it to the client are three feet apart. That's the whole model.

Our values

The work comes first

Every new engineer starts with a two-week paid trial, no lock-ins, no minimums. If we don't earn the next month, we don't get it. That keeps our promises small and our shipping honest.

Talk to the person building it

No account managers. No project layers between you and the code. You talk directly to the engineer writing your software the way client work should always have worked.

Own it like it’s yours

Every engineer here treats client software like their own product: same care in the architecture, same instinct to speak up the moment something feels off.

Stay small, stay sharp

We keep the team tight and the room focused. Every project gets real attention, and every teammate knows every other teammate. That's not a limitation, it's the whole point.

“The best software gets built when there’s nothing between the founder and the person writing the code. Every layer we’ve ever added between them slowed the work down and made it a little worse. That’s why we keep the team small, the meetings rare, and the conversations direct because that’s the room where the good work actually happens”.

Perks and benefits to help you do your best

Flexibility

We care about the work getting done well, not about watching the clock. You get the room to manage your time and your approach like the professional you are.

Rich Work Culture

A close-knit, in-person team where ideas move fast and everyone's voice is heard. The kind of culture you feel on day one, not one you read about in a handbook.

Good Opportunity

Real production systems, real clients, real stakes, the kind of hands-on experience that accelerates a career faster than sitting in a big-company queue.

Helping Hand

Nobody figures it out alone here. Senior engineers and founders are a few feet away, always ready to jump in when you're stuck.

Great Infrastructure

A modern, well-equipped workspace and the tools you need to do your best work, without fighting your setup to get there.

Work-Life Balance

Focused, in-person days built for real collaboration, and a culture that respects your time outside of them.

Job Satisfaction

Own your work end-to-end and see it actually ship. Few things beat watching something you built go live for a client who's betting their company on it.

Open Positions

At Techiebutler, we believe in being together. The best breakthroughs aren't planned, they happen when a quick question turns into a whiteboard session, or a casual conversation reshapes an idea. That's the magic of togetherness.
